There is something that is not quite right imo, the crust of the earth is solid but moves above a sea of magma. To get into the bottom of the earth, or the inferno as you all called it, and to prevent the reach of that place getting too easy, we should have a 6 blocks of magma forming a vertical layer to prevent anyone from getting there easily. After that is 20 blocks of emptyness falling down til we reach the inferno land blocks.

Also, as we go above and to prevent physical barriers in the game (like the bedrock on minecraft), there should be an O2 bar and or movement should be slow and limited like it is on the water. That way simulates the breaching of the stratosphere (low gravity, lack of oxygen, etc.). The higher you reach, the faster the O2 levels decrease and the slower you move.
