Grieftest 0.1.5 Alpha Anarchy Survival

DESCRIPTION OF GAME:

A very MC-like block game with no protection, locked chests or doors. Survival with dangerous mobs that can gift you with their head if the chance is right. When played on a server, this makes for the most challenging Minetest game, as there are no protections. Many mods were modified to act more like the other block game, and many features are unique to this game. Give it a go and see how far you can travel!

CRAFTING AND INFO:

Leaves make sticks.
Mobs drop steel and diamonds and food.
Use shovel for digging and use axe for chopping.

MAJOR overhaul of subgame.

Merged nether into default.
Temporary removal of the tsm mines, also merged into default mapgen.
The game should run a bit faster now. :)

Finished the "Emerald Realm" and added nssm mobs.

You make a emerald portal and light with mese fragment to get to the other realm. Good luck, this is by far the toughest game I have made.

Special thanks to TenPlus1 for ALL the mob redo work he has put into Minetest, NPX team for these awesome scary mobs, Paramat for all the reworking of nether and portal mods, and All of you that have helped to make minetest a better sandbox game engine.


Please give the server a go or the subgame and let me know what you think.

UPDATES:
Fixed the trees. For some reason they were broken with the newest mt code from default.
Tuned down some of the mobs
Added the mese_dragon. This has a special craft. YOU will need the black skeleton heads from the nether and slowsand to craft 1/9 dragon_blocks. Good luck ;-)

Trees are not broken if you are using latest engine and latest mtg, they grow differently now.

The game crashes while initializing nodes, on 11% every time.

Grieftest has been updated!

Too many updates to list.

Biomes were tweakes and added a few more. ;-)
Mobs_mc was updated with the latest blender models by tobyplowy
New blocks and re did all textures with a mc like look and feel.
Added mineclone chests, and some mob items.


The server has latest updates, be warned, ypou may need to die a few times in order to get a decent start out of the wither soaked spawn area. ;-)

Teleport to nether often teleports back and forward (if laggy), needs tweaking.
Chest formspec is broken (just use default minetest formspec).
Pick up sound is very loud.

Aslo, tweaked spawning for mobs.

fix detached inventory on e chest

tune portal-- code is old code which redundantly repeats the tasks in slow mapgens in order to create the new portal at target.

Also, chest and enderchest formspecs are not consistent with other forms, for example hudbar and inventory itself (iirc).
