Minetest-Lite

I am going to be releasing soon a version of minetest_game, called minetest_lite. It runs at around max_lag 0.1 and is intended for creative mode.
I have removed a lot of unnecessary blocks, items and features, for example there are only steel tools, water and torches are unanimated, books aren't writeable. It has been left with the basics.
