Being that I feel it would have been off-topic for me to ask this under the worldname thread, even though it is related, I decided to ask here.
Is there a way to change notebooks while in-game? If not, could this be added?

Yes, you can. Just write something into the formspec.
To change the worldname see ".help worldname".
To change the worldname see ".help worldname".
