[CSM] MsgTool (The fastest PM tool yet!)

This is a little CSM I made for quick and easy private messaging, inspired by the PM system on IhrFussel's server and ChimneySwift's CSM. It is designed to be as user-friendly as possible.

• Uses only one command
• Can send messages to multiple players
• Supports wildcards (sometimes)
• Can send a message to previous recipients

Note: Wildcards will only work if minetest.get_player_names() works properly. Generally, if you cannot see the player you want to message, wildcards will not work.
