Since a recent Minetest git update, all Moreblocks wooden fences excluding "Jungle Wood Fence" (not to be confused with "Junglewood Fence") have been replaced with a block resembling a colored version of a Ropes block.

thats what the new fences look like in the Minetest game
if you are not using the latest dev build of Minetest engine

I dont know why it would make moreblocks fences look that way though.
I am not familiar with that mods contents.
There may be similarities in the registered node names maybe?

EDIT:
yeah you need to update to the latest Minetest engine
Jungle Wood Fence seems to be the only fence in Moreblocks mod
which is why its still using the fencelike drawtype.

All the ones that look weird are the new default fences using connected nodebox drawtype

I did another git pull on the server and there haven't been any changes since this afternoon (3/22/16). Is there something in minetest.conf.example I need to take into account?

you need to update:

1) the server binary
2) the client which you use to connect to your server

You've probably omitted updating (2).

Can someone please post screenshots of the new fences? (I use the Windows version which I'd imagine you'd need to buy Visual Studio to compile.)
