Worldedit memory problems

If I want to save a big area , then minetest shows me this message and I dont know what this means and how to change it.
Can anyone help me?

Not enough lua memory. Luajit has 1gb or so memory limit, there is two ways how to bypass this: 1) divide your area and save them one by one 2) Download or compile minetest with simple lua, that can use much more memory.
