Weather bug with mapgenerator v7

Hey I have a problem. I want to use a weather mod eg. mymonth or weather_pack. I have a world with the magenerator v7, but the weather mods do not work there. I tested another worlds with other mapgenerators like v6. The weather mods work there, only in v7 they do not work. Can anybody tell me why?
I have the weather_manager privilege, and the console does not say anything if there is a problem with the weather_mod.

Do not work in what way?
Biomes in mgv6 are very different to biomes in all other mapgens.
Some weather mods may be written for mgv6.
For mgv7 try my 'snowdrift' mod, it is precisely linked to the biomes.
