I cant take rat if i havent free space in inventory

The problem is simple. When i haven't any rats in inventory, but have 1 free space for them, i can take one. but if i already have some rats, and my inventory fully filled (but count of rats in one place <99), i can't take more rats. i need to free one place in inventory to pick up rats (and they are not picked in this free space)

Yes, Picking up rats actually checks for free space in Inventory. How ever it doesn't check if a Stack of rats is '<= 99'.

This leads to the issue you are having. The main reason that there is Free space checking is to prevent gathering more Rats than you can hold, like with blocks you can actually lose blocks if you inventory is full. This prevents that with rats.
