[DONE] How to create new translated page in the wiki

The wiki says in Category:Languages pages

To translate a page, create a new page with ...

... but how can I create a new page? I've translated an english page to german but where (and how) can I save this new file someblock/de?

The solution: The new page ist created by adding the /de in the URL and saving this page with the save button.
