Strange graphical error(?) (forum)

On coming back to the forum after working on a mod for a while I discovered this:

The first post is apparently fine, but after that the icon and username corresponding to each post is one place above the post, and all the icons are on the other side.

In addition to this, clicking 'new posts' next to a topic title just takes me to the top of the thread.
I don't know if this has been reported already and I apologize if it has, but I felt I needed to know what was going on.
