Your device uses a graphics driver which reports wrong capabilities to Irrlicht/OpenGL. This issue is known for a long time already but a fix is yet not available.

I can confirm this problem in newest android. As what i understand from github discussion, there will be fix in newest minetest to stop this message to be displayed on android clients.
