How to remove a hidden node from a door, that´s removed?

I made some changes in the doors-mod, to have glass-doors with different colored frames.
Now in my world i found a former glass door now as a "missing"-cube and deleted it.
But the hidden node from that door is still there and i cannot place a new colored glass door there.
how can i remove this hidden node?
