Can not initialize repo.

Can not initialize repo.

I use Android 9 and I want to initialize a repo that will be inside /storage/emulated/0/Minetest/mods/luxury_decor folder. And it results an error: /storage/emulated/0/Minetest/mods/luxury_decor/.git: Permission denied. Do I not have rights to create git repos? But I can create/delete within that folder.
