Breaking blocks
Breaking blocks
Hello again! I have another doubt about Minetest. It is possible to (in creative mode) break the blocks instantly? (Like Minecraft).

Re: Breaking blocks
Enabling creative mode using the setting will cause blocks to be broken very quickly
If you want them to be broken even quicker, you'll need to edit the creative mod in Minetest Game

Re: Breaking blocks
On literally the main screen, with the Start Game tab selected, and whichever game and world you want selected, check the box "Creative Mode". Hint: Breaking blocks by hand (not with a tool) is pretty ungodly fast.
Editing the mod? Find your built-in Minetest Game folder, and the Creative mod folder. open init.lua, and adjust numbers to your satisfaction. IDK how much more instant dig_instant can get, maybe try full punch interval? Increase range? Move forward faster while digging by pressing "Special" (default: E on keyboard) while having fast privilege and making sure it is enabled? (/grantme all covers all privs).
