Mod conflicts on moving from local to server

Greetings, friends. Forgive me if this is an elementary question. I just moved a world I was playing locally to a server, and in doing I moved a group of mod files that were in my local .minetest/mods/ folder into the server's .minetest/worlds/myworld/worldmods/ folder.

The game is working just fine, but when I run it, I get a huge pile of errors like "Mod name conflict detected," "Will not load," and "Not registering alias, item with same name is already defined."

I imagine that the world is looking for those mods in some other place, and not finding them, but then loading them in the /worldmods folder anyway. Is there a way I can make those errors go away?
