Not sure if this happens on PC (and I personally don't really care, as MineTest seems to run just fine even on an older PC... But it does lag on phones and I am willing to play more pixelated minetest instead of Minecraft bedrock edition on android if it lagged less... Having a way to add buttons to UI that would function as left and right mouse buttons would be nice too BTW)
But when I try to set undersampling to any number above 1, the game is rendered upside down
Game is rendered upside down with undersampling enabled. (Android)

Re: Game is rendered upside down with undersampling enabled. (Android)
I think the OpenGL ES 1 driver is broken in this regard.
On my phone ogles1 also renders the game upside down when using undersampling, but ogles2 works fine (tested with MT 5.4.2).
Try v2 (ogles2 video driver under All Settings).
