Troubles with announcing serverlist

Hi,
After long time I've decided to host my server again.
Previously everything was OK with my setting up, but now I'm stuck with this kind of error. The server tries to announce to minetest serverlist but doesn't appear there.
Here's my console:

Part of setting config:

Every attempt to fix this with bind_address failed.
Any solutions for this?

port forwarding on router ? active for '30000' to the true internal server IP ? (as I see ddns)
is the ddns resolving the right external internet address at your router ?

Yes ddns server resolve the right address.

Ports are forwarded right too.

If that doesn't help can you reveal the ddns name or IP of the server so we can test reachability ourselves?

to hide the ddns address make no sense, as it is shown in the serverlist anywhere when offered.
so we are not even able to use it and try a manual connection to the server and deliver our results.

The steps had no effect...
Yet, that's my current server setup after few maintenaces:

As additional troubleshoot info:
My test setup is running with No-IP ddns server.
The server is running on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS system.

Well, I may have troubles with frimware on my router, so now I will try to use few another routers... Hope that will make sense

I tried connecting to that address a few times yesterday and today and it's not reachable.
