i've noticed that when i refresh the page..or review my old posts...every time i review them they get another view! could you make it so that another view from the same user doesn't add another point to the view counter

It is the common way of setting such a counter. Check other internet forums, the idea is always the same.

Why do you care about boosting ? It doesn't give you anything valuable.
