Crashes at Night 'on_step' - Animals Mod

Just wanted to report a crash that may or may not be related to the Animals mod 2.1.2.

The crash occurs only at night and only when I'm outside (not in an enclosed shelter.) I assume it may be due to spawning hostile Mobs as it occurs almost immediately after sunset.

Using Xubuntu 12.04 with Minetest 0.47 (installed through PPA). Debug.txt listed below.

Same probleme here, but how to know what mod cause the crash ?

I guess I just need to do a process of elimination.
