You can use the fan to move items/players.
To move players you need a slime carpet. (take a look at the screenshot)
You need to power the fan using a axle that is connected to a steam engine/crankshaft.
Spoiler
The slime block is a really bouncy block. If you jump on it, you wont get fall damage.
Spoiler
The slime carpet is also really bouncy, you can use it to transport players with fans. (take a look at the screenshot)

The Bevel Gear is used to distribute energy to axles/machines near it.
Spoiler
If you power the metal chest with more than 100 energy, it will drop its whole inventory.
If you power it with more than 10 energy, but less than 100, it will drop only one item.
Spoiler
I build a little machine to test the new items:
This machine can drop all ingredients for a diamond pick (2 sticks + 3 diamonds).

Just want to pop in and show my appreciation of this mod. Most machines are very thoughtfully put together i regards to both function and design. Trying this out on a private server with 10 players. It is the only machine typ of mod I've found that is not over-featured and/or ugly. You've got something great in progress here, trust your instincts and keep it simple! I'll come back with a bit more specific feedback later.

Thank you :)
You can use metal chests instead of dispensers. They will drop their inventory when you power them. (see description above ^)

Great! I hope it will be quite stable and wont cause many server crashes.

The crusher is used to duplicate ores. You can put in iron/gold lumps and you will get iron/gold dust. If you melt iron/gold dust you will get iron/gold ingots
Spoiler
The strong metal chest can store up to 7128 blocks/items (12*6*99). Its inventory is 12 slots width and 6 slots height.
Spoiler
If you power a magnet it will teleport all items around it above it.

Nearly one year since last update so it's probably a message to anyone that will just wanna use this mod anyways :
The pump cannot displace liquids from one place to another in liquid for (I use dynamic liquids so it would make sense/be useful) nor push liquids up.
Tried it out on a creative world, seems like it has potential! seems like everything works except the crafting recipes for certain components such as the Bevel Gear.
Constructing mechs and wingless aircraft since 2016.

Yes, but ice would melt :)

Ok, looks like I need to add them.
Chem871 wrote:Could you also add dust for all the rest of the default metal ores? Tin and copper?
I will think about that.
