[modpack] THE TREEPACK!

Hi, here is a modpack i made!it's changing the trees behavior and make them less laggy!

I tested this on v6 and v7 my frames ran 50 -60, they dipped down to 16 @ one point, and ran 40 -50 for a few seconds, and back up to 50 -60, then back to 40 - 50 etc. kind of sine wave like. Haven't seen any big trees yet. But I did collect 35 saplings (seems like a lot) in the time I played it. Do pine trees drop saplings? They didn't drop any for me.

EDIT: I started a new v6 and played about 6 minutes, and collected 64 jungle saplings frame while 'inside the jungle' were 25 -40, but while walking in a circle around the jungle they were 55 - 60.

2 sorry for the fps drop, to disable it don't active 2d_leaves, this is the problem
3:i will make sapling drop in a different way, more rare
4:trees grow with time, they can be enormous!

I disabled 2d_leaves...runs a lot better on my machine. Thank you :)

i'm happy to hear it! also from top leaves looks ugly without 2d_leaves...

Since ever, tree rendering (when fancy 3D) cause a lot more polygons to be drawn. This mod hasn't really improved that but trees were far more funky with it xxxD

It's the redtrees modpack, it adds sakura trees and fiery trees.
What is SCP-055 again? I forgot.

yes, that it. Also look at nodebox trees by d00med. that the reason why i stopped this mod.
