Ok i just noticed that your waffles mod has a conflicting recipe with my mod more_bread (your recipe for waffle-batter is the same as my recipe for bread-dough).

I try to make it as realistic as I can, thankyou. Concerning the bucket issue: I would suggest adding a "batter container" item to the mod & require it in the recipe. Then the bucket can be given back.
And to those that want a change like this, remember, this is an open source project. You can fork it & make whatever changes you want in accordance with the licensing. I think original mod authors might be more willing to consider changes if they have code to look at & see it in action.
If you don't know how to script in Lua, try it. It's a great language for beginners. ☺️

Greenie, it's time for me to debunk all your debunks. Well, I can't find anything to debunk :'( Oh well. Going off of AntumDeluge's idea, perhaps the batter container should be such that it uses only one steel ingot, or perhaps less than one if you create a special tin can material thingy so that you can craft several "tin can thingies" from just one tin ingot, or maybe increase the amount of waffle batters that come out of the can when you crack it open.
BTW, I guess tin seems like the way to go.

Solution for those who hate wasting buckets:
Replacements replace an item in the crafting grid with a different item. Craft batter, you get batter and an empty bucket in the crafting grid.

When I like something about a mod, but it's lacking in something that other mods have, I like to tweak it, to suit my personal tastes, such as not wasting buckets, having something be renewable instead of limited, etc. :P

After 3 years, I finally decided to give this mod some much needed love. Waffles have been reborn!

No, I will not add: Syrup, butter, honey, pancakes, or anything related. Those should be part of a larger breakfast mod.

- Waffle batter returns your bucket upon craft
- Waffle batter recipe returns 3 single-use containers
- You can open the waffle maker whenever you want if you'd like to check the cooking progress
- You can place waffles
- Totally necessary steam particles
- Definitely necessary waffle stacks for building purposes
- New waffle maker controls (swapped up right/leftclick)
- Nuked toaster waffles and related things from orbit (we only want the real stuff around here)
- Removed all the extra models and textures
- Dependency-agnostic
- All recipes are configurable
- Updated translation system
