I'm having issues understanding the software and artwork license of this project.

- you have a GPLv3 license document (LICENSE) in the source code
- however the source code states WTFPL in the first line

but worse:

- There is no information on the artwork, but it appears to be clearly copied and colored from minetest_game, which is CC-BY-SA-3.0 (Copyright BlockMen).

That last item is a license violation. The license of the animated lava texture requires you to provide attribution and maintain the license, which you haven't done.
