[Mod] Tubelib Mining, Farming, Crafting[tubelib_addons1]

This mod is now part of the Modpack TechPack


This Mod provides a Quarry, Harvester, Grinder, Autocrafter, Fermenter, Funnel,
and Reformer Block and thus allows the automated mining, farming, and crafting.

I have tried this out, yet the Quarry is the only known item to not have been working for me, I turned it on, activated it with a full [ Except collection ] fuel-and-output tubeline, yet it didn't function in any way, it only consumed fuel and said it was digging layer by layer! Am I making a mistake here? Excellent mod though!

EDIT: Apparently it does NOT work for Snow and Ice, my bad! However that would be nice...

I have added snow and ice and even corals.

Could you make the grinder grind all default metal ores into 2 dust? And the dust is smelted into the metal ingots?

You can smelt all default metal ores directly into metal ingots. Why the detour via dust?

Do what Technic does, if you get the lump, you can grind it into 2 dust, thereby doubling the metal you get.

Some updates:
  • Harvester simplified, no copter any more.
  • Harvester now supports Framing Redo mod
  • Funnel node added (sucks up all dropped items)

The items from left to right:
Autocrafter, Harvester, Quarry, Reformer (Bio Gas to Fuel), Fermenter (Leaves to Bio Gas), Funnel, Grinder, Bio Gas, Bio Fuel

Bio Fuel is needed by Harvester and Quarry, but a Harvester harvesting trees provides enough leaves to generate Bio Fuel for several Harvester/Quarry nodes. So it's a closed bio energy cycle.

So I will state that i am basically a noob when it comes to the ins and outs of the more technical mods. But, can some one explain why the harvester will not harvest corn? before i delve too far into the Tubelib mod are there other crops that the harvester will not work with? I do love the way it harvests cotton.

According to the code, the harvester should be able to handle this crops from "farming redo":

farming:wheat
farming:cotton
farming:carrot
farming:potato
farming:tomato
farming:cucumber
farming:corn
farming:coffee_beans
farming:melon_slice
farming:pumpkin_slice
farming:raspberries
farming:blueberries
farming:rhubarb
farming:beans
farming:grapes
farming:barley
farming:chili_pepper
farming:hemp_leaf
farming:oat
farming:rye
farming:rice
farming:beetroot
farming:cocoa_beans
farming:garlic
farming:onion
farming:pea_pod
farming:pepper
farming:pineapple

That means it should be able to harvest corn, too. Do you use the mode "farming redo"?

Thank you for your input.
I see now that i planted seeds from the agriculture mod as it was the first seed to show up in the search.
the devil is in the details.
I will experiment with the Farming Redo items and resolve this issue.
Then it will be on to figuring out why the harvester will not harvest certain fruit trees.
