[Mod]Backupalerter

The Backupalerter is a simple Tool for Serverowners, which writes a Message to all Players
on a given Time.

This is for Serverowner, who makes their daily Backup on the same Time, with cron for example.
Now, you can set an Alert before and the Mod writes a Warnmessage to all Player, that the Server
will go Shutdown for Backup.

You can set more than one Timer too, so you are able to set up every Minute 3 Minutes before a Message.
