Have you ever wanted to blow up the world but TNT was too small? Look no further!
MoreBombs provides nine new explosives in three categories: conventional, which are essentially just bigger TNT; drills, which fire strings of explosions in a single direction; and, if Technic is installed, nuclear, which not only blast massive holes in the world but also drop dangerous radiation in their crater.
You can trigger these bombs by igniting gunpowder by them, detonating another bomb nearby, or sending a Mesecons signal to them. Direct torch ignition is not supported.
MoreBombs is developed under 5.0.0-dev, but should work with 0.4.17+. I may fix incompatibilities with 0.4.16+ if you report them.
Dependencies: default and tnt, both in minetest_game already

but when i go back to the game it has a pretty good crater
so it work but it crashes first.

How about a bomb that damages players and entities but not blocks?
Or one that only blows up stone? (Not really possible with the current tnt mod that just blows up everything w/ no option to choose.)
Tree cutting bomb, drops charcoal instead of trees. Spacial rift bomb, teleports everything in range to a random spot on the map. Uh... fake bomb, that scares the dickens out of you but is harmless. Shaped explosives, that cut out mostly exact squares, for excavating. Smoke bombs that lower visibility by adding a thing to the HUD that dims everything out, bombs that replace air with stone when they explode, or with water, or lava. Bombs that float exactly one node underwater, that are hard to spot if you're blazing by on a boat. Hm...

seems interesting, hope u can code such a mod. maybe read through the code of other explosive mods and see what u can re-use, and see if there's code which specifies which blocks it can break. like, obsidian i know is one which is hard to blow up, so there might be a way, and it might already exist in snippets of pre-existing code
