You can craft unlabeled tickets. By rightclicking the ticket, you can enter a description.
Other players are not allowed to use your description any more.

Things stored in item metadata aren't secure. This means that it's very easy to get the ID from an item stack, potentially without client-side modifications or scripts - just by looking in the console

Yes, this may be a problem.
I removed the id. Now, a player owns a description. This data is stored in the mod storage...
(The descriptions of old players are deleted)
