[Mod] Scary Cave Noises [cave_noises]

This mod adds scary noises to caves when you're mining! Part of my Crafter game, but I just stripped out the player mod and packed it up so anyone can use it in Minetest Game. Player has to be below 0 and equal to or below light level 13. If they're next to a mineshaft which goes directly up and exposes sunlight, the sound will not play.
