It seems like you have installed the mods compost, mine cart, and stamina twice.
Can you check that please?

I'm having trouble getting the coal pile to give me charcoal. I followed the schematic. Can you post an image of the set up or make a youtube video of it? I tried many variations the charcoal burns, ash spreads but it doesnt convert. I'm using the latest techage from github.

Oh you put the lighter in the center of the bottom layer. I had a 5x5 pile and the lighter right next to the wall. I tried every wall. I just needed to move it forward one. Thank you

The distributer and one item pusher doesn't seem to follow the filter. It's pushing other items as well. I put sieved gravel in the slot and it pushed sieved gravel and other stuff that was in the chest.

I guess you have placed the pusher behind the distributor. That's probably not what you wanted.
The distributor itself works as pusher, an additional pusher "is pushing other items as well"

Is there a way to push a specific item? no other items just that one item. Say sieved gravel for example. I'm trying to get just that item from the chest into the gravel washer. I tried the TA4 pusher and distributor but neither worked.

It depends:
If you use a standard chest, first you have to push the items into a distributor by means of the pusher:
C..chest
P..pusher
D..distributor
GW..gravel washer
If you use a TA4 chest, you can directly use the TA4 pusher, which is able to pull specific items out of a TA4 chest.

Oh TA4 chest works with the TA4 pusher. I got it working. I was using a normal chest.
I was being dumb and pulling from the distributor. I'm still figuring things out. Sorry and thank you for the help.

techage has two new blocks:
- TA2 Power Generator to operate lamps or other power consumers on the steam engine (power conversion from axles to electricity)
- TA3 Electric Motor to drive the axles for TA2 machines (power conversion from electricity to axles)

Am I missing something? I can't use the TA1 Gravel Sieve? There is no formspec to access and right clicking with gravel does nothing except placing it. I was hoping to use it to get basic ores from gravel in a skyblock world.
Edit: I have no idea what is going on. I've used this before when it was the techpack, and all you would do it punch the sieve while holding gravel. As far as I can tell from the code, that's exactly what it's supposed to do. But all my punches just attempt to break the sieve. I'm holding gravel in my hand.
Edit 2: Also just to clarify, I installed the Techage Modpack from the ContentDB.
Edit 3: So it is working apparently. It's outputting the items under the sieve. But no animation is playing. That makes it very confusing because I couldn't see any of the items and nothing changed when punching it. Is it supposed to be that way?

One other thing that would be very helpful, especially for the Techage Modpack as it includes Unified Inventory, is to include custom crafting recipes for Unified Inventory. You already have this for basalt, but not for ores. For example, there is no way to know that you can get coal lump from the TA1 Sieve. Even the construction board doesn't tell you what you can get. It just says you can get ores. Maybe I play differently, but in a large modpack like this, I tend to rely on Unified Inventory to help piece together the smaller details about game progression. If I know I need coal lumps, my first instinct is to check what recipes make it. Right now, all it says is coal ore and coal blocks can create coal lumps.

No, of course, there should be an animation. I am sure it has worked before. But you are right, the animation is gone.

Hi all !
I have a problem with the water pump. I always get the "no usable water" error no matter how far or deep I put the pump in the ocean. I looked in the manual and saw that https://github.com/joe7575/techage/blob ... deprecated and that https://github.com/joe7575/techage/blob ... ater-inlet about the pump being deprecated and a new inlet replacing it but even after removing and reinstalling the mod from the contentDB I don't see any water inlet in the crafting guide. I also tried installing the mod from github but just got a lot of errors when trying to launch the game. I run Minetest 5.4.1 on Linux. Thank you.
