[Mod] Teleports, updated [teleports] [1.0.0]

Allows players to create teleports with crafting (8 diamonds + 1 obsidian).
This is basically an updated and bugfixed version of https://forum.minetest.net/viewtopic.php?t=9850. This update was solely created for the JT2 server, because I'm such a big fan. :P
This mod is meant to REPLACE lag01's version (which turned out to be very buggy), hence the shortname was NOT changed.

A teleport is a block that teleports players to another nearby teleport (less than 260 blocks distance) by standing on it.
The teleport will target the teleport (in range) that best matches your viewing direction.

If you 'use' a teleport (rightclick or double-tap), you can spend mossy cobblestone to instantly teleport to one of the 6 nearest teleports.

Teleports can be named. If you place a teleport next to a Wooden Sign or Steel Sign, the teleport will take the name of the sign (can only be done once, max. length 16 characters).

Teleports are sometimes erratic. There's a small chance that a teleport will not put you on the destination exactly, but one block 'besides' it.

Beware: If you dig a teleport, you only get 1 diamond back, so think before placing!

Did you add the code from RND's directed teleports into it too?

No. This was because lag01 already added the code. Directional teleports are therefore functional in this mod.

Hello and thanks for creating this mod. When I try to run this mod in a vanilla install of minetest locally I get the following error message:

...ocuments\Games\minetest\bin\..\builtin\game\register.lua:65: Name teleports:teleport does not follow naming conventions: "minetest_teleports_wuzzy:" or ":" prefix required
What would be some potential reasons for this?

I discovered my problem, I need to rename the mod folder to "teleports" as the original post stated for this mod. Sorry for the trouble. Working now!
