Creatures Revived (cmer)

Description:

Forked & "revived" version of BlockMen's Creatures MOB-Engine.

Some notable differences from original:
  • Updated for Minetest 5.x API.
  • Engine only. Included modpack mobs removed.
  • No built-in spawnegg support.
  • "ownable" & "owner" attributes define if mobs can be owned.
  • by default, "owned" entities cannot be killed or picked up by other players
  • HTML documentation

Very interesting, I only have a couple of questions:

1) Will you add the ability of shooting projectiles?
E.g. Dungeon Master's fireball.

2) Are you working in team with BrunoMine?
I'm asking because he forked and updated CME as well.

1) I haven't gotten far enough into it yet to know what it lacks. But I would definitely want projectile support.

2) I'm not working with BrunoMine, but I know that the Minetest Mods team has a fork called Mob Engine. I may submit some of my changes to them as pull requests. If they like what I'm doing with it, perhaps we will just merge it into that.

Basically, I wanted an engine that I had control over so I could try to understand how it works better. There seem to be a lot of good engines, I just don't know how to use them all. I picked CME because I really like how the mobs it comes with work. Like shearing the sheep for example. I probably would have just stuck with mobs_redo, but I have issues with the mobs not spawning on my server.
