Adds functions for plant/plont growth/death cycles (plont == nonair plants), parasite nodes, finite liquids, synced blocks, land erosion, and abm falling nodes.
The built-in example is for minetest game, and does:
- mossycobble spreads
- water, river water, and lava are made finite
- terrain "melts"/erodes over time, and certain nodes "fall" downwards to make it seamless - also shows how terrain will not completely fall off and will smooth out over time
- coral reef is dynamic and has a growth/death cycle(plont)
Warning: This mod uses a lot of CPU!

Mod dependencies: by default requires minetest_game, but the functions work with any game.
