Automobiles Pck

depends:
biofuel,mobkit

The main goal of this modpack is the detection of slopes and elevations by the vehycles, so the expected is for the vehicle to follow them.
For its operation, fuel is needed, although it will always start with some. To go forward, W, brake S, reverse Shift, horn E. It can be painted by punching dye on it. And fueled by punching biofuel

Special Privs:
valet_parking
Gives a valet parking priv for a player

Chat Commands:
/transfer_vehicle player_name
Transfer the ownership of the vehicle. You must be on the vehicle to perform the command

/noobfy_the_vehicles true/false
Enable an ease mode for vehicle usage. Requires a server manual restart after the command.

Nice.

I wish I could make such beautiful objects. I would have so many ideas.
Police, fire brigade, ambulance, trucks ...

On my Server, i have the Vehicle Mod installed. https://content.minetest.net/packages/D00Med/vehicles/
But in my opinion, the vehicles are too big and difficult to drive. So I mainly use them decoratively.
For streets i often use blocks from the mod autobahn. Faster traveling i have removed in the mod.

Amazing model, especially the new feature such as elevation detection has intrigued me :) Do you plan add support for the Rigidbody Physics API?

I tested your mod, everything is absolutely amazing except the one thing: when the vehicle runs into the rough surfaces (elevations), it just rotates itself at a necessary angle without trying to overcome it. It just gets stopped and all. And I even can not drive it in this moment to withdraw back from that slope. Can it be fixed in next versions?

you need to make a slope, because the step height of the entity is only 0.5.
I will fix this issue of him climbing the entire block with the front axis
The car is not a gecko =)

And try the moreblocks slopes or something like this:

It reminds me of my obsession with toy cars with doors that opened and closed XD

could you make is so that settings control the size of the vehicle and its stepheight?
Id love to play around with this, offroad, in the 1/3 scale environment I have.

Also, Is there a live server that I can play with this on, with some decent roads to drive?

It might be some work to remove dependencies, but you could probably enjoy driving around the worldgen from driftgame. Although that's purely a flat terrain. I recommend trying driftgame at least once for other reasons anyway.

Very nice. Especially the turning steering wheel is a loving detail.
I have this mod also installed viewtopic.php?p=394801
Maybe you can reuse the models. But your previous ones are much prettier.

Nice mod. I made new pictures, look in the fork.
And you should definitely do stepheight = 0.6 for the roadster. Otherwise, the car does not drive on stair and slab blocks.
