Sometimes plain nodes don't do it for you, and you need to complement a node's display with an object. I believe this is how MineClone (and indeed Minecraft) implements chests to give them a smooth animation. This mod aims to simplify associating objects with nodes. It is expected that objects are not statically saved, so they are regenerated each time a node is loaded. I have documented the [Mod] Node Object [0.1.0] [node_object]
