Modss installing not working.

I have the newest Minetest download and it works fine, i have also succesfully downloaded the stairs pick and moved the individual files to the minetesst folder in the mod folder and the game started up fine but when i got the materials and placed the iron ingots in the correct order to create the head nothing happened. Please tell me what im doing wrong.

My bad i tried the steel ingots not iron...
