What unzipping program do you use? I use 7-Zip. I know it can open .zip, .7z, .rar, and I think it can open tar.gz .
It can unzip a heck of a lot more than that. It can only put things into a few though...

Awesome mod!
I found a small typo that f1 sends kn/s to chat and 126R sends kn/h instead of km/h.

kilonodes/second and kilonodes/hour
7:42 PM - Bauglio: I think if you go to staples you could steal firmware from a fax machine that would run better than win10 does on any platform
7:42 PM - Bauglio: so fudge the stable build
7:43 PM - Bauglio: get the staple build

I added ability to switch mouselook by pressing JUMP key. After placing car on the ground mouselook is on, but if you press JUMP sitting inside car, player's yaw will be attached to cars yaw . You're driving car as usual: WSAD (or any other keyset).

That is a very nice addition Ragnarok! I was getting rather annoyed how I kept having to turn my mouse at the same time....

I have built a racetrack with the streets-mod and tried this mod out on it. I have a core2quad Q8xxx (don't remember exactly) and 2GB of RAM, but the driving is still very jittery, sometimes the car does not respond to steering at all, or sort of teleports back and forth within a range of, say, 5 blocks (this happens at high speeds when colliding with obstacles).
How to avoid that? Is there a specific setting in the menu or the configuration files that makes the load less? I actually intended to have the above mentioned machine as a server for a LAN party of 3 people...

Unfortunatelly, I no have idea for now. I have the same issues on my PC. I didn't work on this modpack for a few months and I don't know when I'll continue again.

I can't download it. It says there was a dropbox error. Does anyone have a clue what the issue is?

Just wanted to mention that node dimensions in minetest are equal to 1 cubic meter. So it would probably be more sensible to just to use "km/h" for the speed gauge.

It seems, the mod is outdated by a few years too many. A real pity.

You seamlessly continued a 4 years old thread with a mod that was released 5 year ago.
