Industrial Test Reactors

ITest reactors introduce a new method for power generation to itest: nuclear reactors.

Currently, it only contains:

• The reactor it self
• Cooling Vents
• Uranium cells

Currently, none of theese can be crafted, and reactors cannot explode.

Currently, there are no crafting recipies.

Add an auto-damage feature when the player holds something radioactive in the hand :)
