Excuse me, but I think you'd get some more downloads if you thought about the following:
1: Try not using .rar files. Most people here prefer .zip
2: Add some screenshots.
3: Give us a little insight to what the mod does, although I can gather a little from the title.
4: Tell us if this is 0.1 or 0.5 or 1.0. We would like to know if there will be more development on it. (This one comes after all the others.)

A lot of linux users here (I stand corrected, thank you onpon4). Anyhow, zips work across all platforms.
Oh. and welcome to the forums.

I don't care what system you have. This is simply untrue.
rar is native to windows
That's wrong. RAR is a third-party proprietary format; it has nothing to do with Windows, and Windows doesn't support it out-of-the-box. The only archives Windows supports out-of-the-box are Zip archives.

That will NOT work. To make a zip, take your regular folder for cactus block (NOT the .rar), right-click it, and in the menu you should see an option "send to...". Hover over that, and then click "zip file", which appears on the new list. There's your zip.
Also, welcome to the forums, but please do your best to speak in good English. I understand a lot of people here are foreign, but you seem to be talking mostly with poor grammar and spelling. I mean well, only trying to help. :)
