Actually not correct me and NoHalfMeasures got stained glass working ages ago back on 0.2, but it requires changes to the engine and can't be done just in lua (at least not yet).

So basically I don't think a coloured glass mod will be coming any time soon, at least not until the rendering of semi-transparent textures is fixed irrlicht/engine side.

actually this happened to me earlier, blocks become transparent.

Stained glass? Wouldn't that just be crafting glass with a dye and then the output be a color of glass? It isn't that hard to do with lua

No because Irrlicht will render it either solid or fully transparent depending on the how high/low the alpha channel is, try it and see what happens.

Unless something was changed in the 0.4 update that fixed this I believe it still won't work.

It is possible. But it would take time to make it transparent, if you use GIMP or something else fancy

That's easy. I can supply textures for that easily.
