You will need to unzip it to a directory and go into that directory and then the bin directory and run minetest.exe to run the game. There are plenty of posts about adding mods and even FAQs and guides. If you want texture packs, there is an old way of them and a new way and you should be able to find out how to do each. You just need to remember that many texture packs were made using the old way so they aren't set up to make it easy for the new way but will usually work with a little modification. And then there are the games that can be added as well with a number of guides and posts on how to use them. Have fun.

There is already a fix for it https://github.com/minetest/minetest/pull/1102, which isnt upstream yet. Meanwhile you can use my lastest build that already includes it.

I tried to fly, but the command "/grant singleplayer fly" dosn't work. Is there a other way how I can enable flying?

This should work. Don't forget to enable/disable fly by pressing K.

There is just waypoint functioniality, you need a mod to actually utilize them.
