I caused an interesting bug by trying to use the screwdriver on the computer desk.

Perhaps fixed by a server restart?

Please, don't use screwdriver on multi-node things. :3

I perfectly know it's possible. What would you propose to do in case of the bug like shown above?

Use one of them:
TNT
*explosives*
Lava (if flammable)
Notepad (add a selectionbox to the node)

Use worldedit to get rid of the errant node, and don't use the screwdriver to try to rotate multi-node items like desks etc. The extra pieces lack selection boxes sort of as a hack to prevent them from interfering with the two-node-wide/tall select boxes provided by the "main" nodes each object is rooted on.

I have a workaround in mind, but it won't fix the initial problem of the screwdriver rotating only half of a two-node object.

Actually, It is a hack. On that specific server the fast priv is slower when compared to other servers. I was actually using the fast priv for the majority of the video.

Understood.

I like this server, very nice people as well as a vast world. But, I must say that this server lacks many of the tools other servers have. I don't care about laptops and custom signs if I can't have mining guns and technic. If you agree with me, help convince Sol to add Technic.

Oh, sorry. The server ran out of space. It's up now.

The game used on the server is published on github

I've just updated the map to show a little over 4500 nodes in all directions.

I have run into a serious bug. Every time I dig a certain strawberry bush in another player's area (shared with me), the server crashes, kicking all players. I don't know the cause, but it should probably be looked into. For now I will just avoid digging the 'Strawberry Bush of Doom', or anything in that area just to be safe.

Checking. Btw, can you maybe edit your post and remove the details until we fix it? Just to be safe...

could you save the area into a new singlenode map with WorldEdit and see if the same thing happens? If it does you could add that tiny worldfile to a bug report. We where able to isolate a server crashing vine covered tree on another server that way and could proove it was no map or server related problem.

We couldn't figure out exactly what was causing this so I just removed the Strawberry Bush of Doom. Let me know if there are any more problems.

Is the server still dead, or the maintenance still on going?

Hi Aijo, Happy new year :)

Not sure what you're referring to. They server has been up for quite a while. Are you still having problems?
