These are some miscellaneous changes that might be useful to some people.

"Misc Stuff" (misc_stuff)

Dependencies:
default (Comes with minetest_game)

Adds:
- Override lava to make it renewable.
- Underground water and lava springs.

There are settings for each of these features to be disabled at the top of the init.lua file.
