Already shown on irc, but in case someone's intrested:
A mine seen from outside. Has a bit too many above-the-ground-tunnels...
Another mine seen from below, looking upwards.

Looks intresting and has very nice textures. Maybe it could be used as a minigame inside Minetest? Players sometimes ask for that.
Mountain summit is y = 515.
It's a new core mapgen i'm working on.
It's a dungeon yes, sometimes they project out from the landscape, a very cool 'bug' that creates dungeons ideal for converting into player bases.

(They're the shorter trees with the smaller, nodebox trunk)
Can you also use the fencelike drawtype for the trunks?
No, not really. The texture is messed up, and also, if two trees spawn next to each other, they connect like fences.
Kenney mentioned on IRC that a museum he knew wanted to show some kids the local roman baths. Sadly some major griefing two thousand years ago sort of spoiled the fun, so I thought lets see if minetest can fix that.
here's a quick and dirty attempt using only the default stuff.
Looking across the courtyard towards the main buildings with a lot still missing
