There's a Minetest group on facebook. I'd love it if people posted some of their screens and discussions there, and it would also help spreading the Word about Minetest.

Seriously, I don't know why. I have tried to send e-mail to complain about reddit, but I get notification that my e-mail was failed to send.

sfriqi, use a proxy, or a special browser, like Tor, witch is specifically made so you can access blocked websites (aaand .onion/.garlic links, but ignore that.)

I think everyone need to know both Minetest and Minecraft and choose the one who looks most like the player's mentality.

That's right. Large comminuties are a good place to tell the people about Minetest.
But answers like "this is a ripoff!1!" or "such a minecraft clone" must be expected.

If the facebook page is moderated and only leaves constructive posts that shouldn't be a problem. But there has to be someone with time and motivation to do it. I am thankful for everybody who wants to moderate and manage an (official) community page about Minetest.

there is one on Facebook with 362 members in the Moment. i moderate this Group. just to mention most of them are speaking spanin or portugies...sometimes hard as german/english speaking Person to moderate it ;-)

That's a good beginning, but the page is really not up to date & clear :p
