Re: Forum software switch
@jp You can't report spam in the news section for some odd reason.

Re: Forum software switch
Because I live in a country that spies on all it's citizens (Germany), I usually use Tor as a proxy for my default browser. There is no much difference to normal browsing, except this forum. When using Tor I always get logged out after some minutes.
Is is possible to support changing IP addresses in the forum software?

Does ublock help against spies too?
Re: Forum software switch
That's quite likely if you're using TBB, it's set to not accept cookies by default.Hybrid Dog wrote:maybe it deletes your cookiesCasimir wrote:When using Tor I always get logged out after some minutes.

Re: Forum software switch
It seems there is a bug in firefox. If one sets private mode it does not accept cookies, with pirate disabled it keeps them. The cookie related settings themselves do nothing at all.

Re: Forum software switch
That's the point of private browsing mode… It's not supposed to accept cookies, history, cache or any of the like. Just turn private browsing off if you want it to save cookies.Casimir wrote:It seems there is a bug in firefox.
