Download page (v4; updated 2015-10-25): Great Scott! Just in time for BTTF day on October 21st, 2015, here is the Hill Valley town square in 1955, a conversion of this excellent MC map by Zimfan508: http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/ ... 5-2415060/

If my calculations are correct, all necessary mods are included.

Please note that your computer will need at least 1.21 jigawatts of power to run this map. :-)

New in v4: Mattel Hoverboard, more sound effects, player skins.

New in v3: The Jules Verne time train, based on this model by Koen J.: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model. ... a40d6458ad

New in v2: Drivable DeLorean DMC-12, based on this model by Hen7: https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model. ... c57eb32d0d

Nice :-) And where's that car now? Or rather, the steam engine from part 3. I'd love to fly around with that one!

Maybe I could retexture a car from the mesecar mod so there is something to drive around with.

I agree it would be nice to have additional models from the sequels. Unfortunate the build quality of BTTF maps on Planet Minecraft is is highly, um, variable, so I'm still looking for good source material.

Along with fixing errors on the map (stair/torch rotation, missing quartz slabs, missing text on signs), I'll see what I can do for version 2 of this map. Of course v2 will only be released four years from now and be produced back-to-back with v3. :-)

The one you selected looks very good. At least judging from the screenshot.

Depending on the size of the map, you might also take my handle_schematics and mccompat mods into consideration. And as for time travel...there's always /time 6000 (or something else) in MT :)

OK, I've uploaded a new version of the map, now with a drivable DeLorean and some other improvements.

Done (see first post for download), but (a) it doesn't fly yet, (b) you sit very low in it and your head is inside so you cannot see very well. I really need a MT master modder to explain to me why clicker:set_attach() doesn't work the way I expect it to.
