After all these problems, I think you guys may want to consider adding your own version of "Right of admission reserved" among your rules at spawn.It sounds weird, but it should grant admins a way to remove undesired players with no need of a full reason. That or a map at spawn detailing where and when to build. The size of this server is huge, which is not a bad thing, however it's at times confusing.

fluffy: both skins are missing parts so cannot be used as a player skin... typically they are 64x32 pixels in size.

I find it absurd that I have been banned for no apparent reason. Lost all my privs a week or two ago, while I was simply farming and building at my base...

I guess Titan, the owner of the server still have some sort of grudge against me.

And about the "incident" that happened with iska, I did not do anything that'll cause more disruption. Was not my goal either. I tried to stay out of it the best I could. but I guess Titan that I was going to cause more problems when just simply sending a PM whether if things are going to be okay or not? I do not know.

Maybe I should just move on to another game.. meh..

For little more information: After I PMed bonny wether if things going to be alright or not, Titan removed ALL my privs then kicked me with a message that says "Nice try."

After a bit of tweaking + adjustments, I'm pleased to announce a new mapping tool for Xanadu!

I had developed this for the Mine Little Testy Pony server sometime last year, but made several changes so it could work with mapsaves made when visiting a world.

I've been working on updating it as often as I can, and I'm going to be developing an effort to allow multiple people to be able to update it so it has the freshest data next to the original map file.

It updates the URL with each movement of the map, so you can use URLs to link to a specific location. Additionally, URLs and coordinate displays should map exactly to the in-game coordinates. So you can use your on-screen coordinates to compose a link to a specific location in this map.

To improve performance and bandwidth use, map tiles are cached at my VPS host rather than the backend server at home. This means that tiles are only updated, at most 4 times a day, unless I manually intervene.

Additionally, the *OLD* Xanadu server's map is available at:

Unfortunately, that's as much as the map that I have. If you have more mapsaves from the old server, get in touch with me, and I'll see If I can merge your data with mine to get a more complete map.

I will do my best to keep the site up and running for as long as Xanadu is going, so feel free to rely on it for planning and discovery. Let me know if there are additional points of interest (POIs) that you'd like added to either map, and I'll add them to the data file. Also, if there's an area out of date, or missing in the new map, let me know and I'll try to visit to get it mapped out!

Looks like I have some competition in mapping now XD (out of business is more like it ) :P

EDIT: I have the whole spawn area from old xanadu map, all the water and everything... including neons space station and etc :)
