Minetest utility mod to help manage weather.
Mod itself does not do much as 'heavy-lifting' is leaved to weather implementations.
Main features:
* Ability to define weather effect area
* Ability to combine multiple weathers at once

There are sample/demo implementation of api happy_weather (no auto weather start yet, currently samples can be invoked only from chat commands).

This mod changes the color of the sky as does wheather_pack or change the time to darken the environment. Changing the time would be ideal for monsters spawning

This API is acts as glue/bridge between weather implementations and mods who whant hook additional functionality for certain weather. It isn't too hard to create weather which would change time.
