The problem keeps if you play with Minetest 0.4.15?
It's your Minetest version, it's better for you to play with the actual stable Minetest version in servers, not with the latest '-dev' versions.

:P How can I have them both then? Also, there's some servers that need the dev version.
U could try to build minetest yourself, so u can have for every minetest-version an other client :),
( u need as cmake option then -DRUN_IN_PLACE=TRUE)
but i use 0.4.16 (also compiled myself) too and had no Problems on any server with connection.

You`re right! These builds are not always good. You should install stable versions.
